Refund policy

Return Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and in its original packaging. Unused means the package will be re-weighed and may deviate by a maximum of 6 grams (we take into account a test drink). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, you will always receive a full refund of your purchase amount.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.



14-Day Cooling-Off Period within the European Union

In addition to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2–3 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
