Unlike ceremonial matcha, intended for koicha or usucha, latte matcha is selected for a flavour profile that remains stable, smooth, and expressive when mixed with milk or milk alternatives.
This matcha comes from the same family farm we previously collaborated with, a small producer known for consistent quality and finely milled tencha. The result is a clean, rounded flavour that performs beautifully in daily matcha lattes.
Please note: This is not ceremonial matcha and is not intended for koicha or usucha. Milk changes the structure and nuance of matcha; for that reason, a different type of selection tastes good than required for traditional tea.
